Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Validity: Annual Pass gift vouchers are valid for redemption 12 months from the date of purchase, or defined start date by purchaser. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full.
Redemption: Vouchers can only be redeemed for the products or services specified by the seller and cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
Annual Pass Use: Annual passes can not be used for entry to special events, only on standard entrance. Proof of ID must also be presented on entry to the Farm when using an Annual Pass.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement vouchers will not be issued.
Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable but must be presented at the time of redemption.
Legal Compliance: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
